PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system and an information providing method capable of comprehensively presenting feed information related to meeting to a user without making it necessary for the user to perform any troublesome operation.SOLUTION: The information providing system includes: a departure time calculation part 19 for calculating a required time from the current location of a user terminal 200 to a destination included in schedule information, and for calculating the time when a user should depart for the destination on the basis of the calculated required time and the time included in the schedule information; and a feed information providing part 17 for focusing on only feed information related to a participant from the specified time before the departure time to allow the user terminal 200 to display a list of the feed information. The display setting of the feed information is automatically switched to focus on and display only the feed information related to contribution information from the user shown as the participant in accordance with the schedule information from the specified time before the departure time. |
