PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator capable of stably holding a slack portion of a crossover wire which connects between windings wound around respective teeth. ! SOLUTION: Slack housing parts 14a, 14b are formed on the level difference surfaces 13a, 13b of a guide holding wall 13 provided in a first split insulator 10. Then, slack portions of crossover wires Lu, Lv, Lw of respective phases are housed in the slack housing parts 14a, 14b, and the slack portions of the crossover wires Lu, Lv, Lw of the respective phases can be kept in a stable state without protruding from the slack housing parts 14a, 14b to the outside. !
