PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to switch a determination criterion for error response in a communication apparatus. ! SOLUTION: A communication apparatus comprises: a command frame reception unit 1 for receiving a command frame from an upper rank apparatus; a command frame analysis unit 2 for analyzing the command frame; an execution unit 3 for executing processing depending on a result of the analysis of the command frame; a storage unit 4 for storing an error response level setting value which is a value for showing a level of error response and is a value for designating a determination criterion for the error response; a response unit 5 which determines whether or not to perform error response on the basis of a result of the execution by the execution unit 3 and the error response level setting value, and generates a response frame to the command frame depending on a result of the determination; a response frame transmission unit 6 for transmitting the response frame to the upper rank apparatus |
