PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for dicing tape base material which is hard to produce scraps and superior in heat resistance and extensibility. ! SOLUTION: A resin composition for dicing tape base material comprises: (A)ethylene α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid-based copolymer; (B)a multi-component copolymer having at least (i)a constitutional unit originating from α-olefin and (ii)a constitutional unit originating from glycidyl(meth)acrylate or glycidyl unsaturated ether; and (C)polyolefin. !
