PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing variations in each magnetic resistance value constituting a bridge and an error of the variations. ! SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1 comprises: a substrate 2; an IC circuit unit 10 as a semiconductor circuit formed on the substrate 2; a pad unit 20 for connection from the IC circuit unit 10 to the outside; and a magnetic resistance bridge circuit 30 composed of linear magnetic resistance units 30a to 30d arranged around the IC circuit unit 10 and formed orthogonally to each other. !
