<p>With this image processing device, method and program, high-resolution image data is generated from a plurality of pieces of image data generated by demosaic processing. The demosaic processing includes the following: generating luminance component image data by filtering original image data using an image filter which is provided with a filter coefficient for converting data having the same color composition ratio as a unit-array color composition ratio of the original image data; generating chromaticity component image data by subtracting the luminance component image data from the original image data; generating different-colored chromaticity component image data of a plurality of colors by carrying out interpolation in which, in chromaticity component image data, for each of the plurality of colors, missing-pixel chromaticity component data is interpolated using an interpolation method based on the number of same colors in the unit array and the luminance component image data; and generating image data by respectively adding the luminance component image data to the different-colored chromaticity component image data pieces.</p> |
