<p>A three-dimensional magnetic sensor (1) is provided with the following: a surface direction sensitive-type first magnetic sensor (2) and second magnetic sensor (3); and a vertical direction sensitive-type third magnetic sensor (4). The first magnetic sensor (2), second magnetic sensor (3) and third magnetic sensor (4) are stacked, and the magnetic field sensing directions of the first magnetic sensor (2), second magnetic sensor (3) and third magnetic sensor (4) are at right angles to each other.</p> |
