摘要 The present invention relates to rice cake containing fermented fruit filling and a cooking method thereof, where for example, fruits such as pea, apple or persimmon is cut into pieces and mixed with the same amount of sugar and fermented for 30 to 90 days at the room temperature and after that, fermented fruit filling is inserted into rice cake dough which is cooked on the wall of pottery or ceramic oven, so that the rice cake can contain abundant nutrition as well as good taste and flavors. The rice cake containing fermented fruit filling according to the present invention is known to contain fruit filling where fruit is fermented by sugar. The cooking method for rice caking containing fermented fruit filling is composed of the following steps: a step of fermenting to cut fruits and mix with the same amount of sugar and put the mix in a sealed container to create fermented fruit filling; a step of forming to wrap the fermented fruit filling with rice cake dough and form the rice cake dough into a certain shape; and a step of cooking to cook the formed rice cake dough from the previous step.
