The present invention relates to an optical film comprising; a polarizing layer, a first phase delaying layer which is located on one side of the polarizing layer and includes a liquid crystal; and a second phase delaying layer which is located on one side of the first phase delaying layer. The first phase delaying layer has an optical axis which forms an angle of 17 to 27 degrees or -27 to -17 degrees from a transmission axis of the polarizing layer. The second phase delaying layer has an optical axis which forms an angle of 85 to 95 degrees from the transmission axis of the polarizing layer. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of the optical film and a display device including the optical film. The present invention can provide an optical film capable of simplifying a process and reducing wavelength dependence and improving characteristics.
