<p>The present invention relates to a caulking device processing an axial end of a cylindrical product into a dome shape. The caulking device is characterized by including a product supporting unit having a product mounting jig placing the product on a top to have a vertical axial line, and supporting the product; a pair of caulking molds symmetrically formed on both sides of the axial line on the top of the product mounted on the product mounting jig, and enabling shaping and molding works by being driven to approach each other and become far from each other; a caulking mold pushing unit arranged on the upper sides of the caulking molds on both sides of the axial line, pressing and moving the caulking molds downward when moving downward, and transforming the axial upper part of the cylindrical product mounted on and supported by the product mounting jig into the dome shape. Therefore, in the process of processing the cylindrical product, the present invention is capable of smoothly processing the cylindrical portion into the dome shape even though the product includes non-symmetrical components in the axial direction.</p> |
