PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal storage material and thermal storage device which can store heat efficiently.SOLUTION: A thermal storage material comprises solid particles and carbon nanofiber, so that heat transmits to the solid particles through the carbon nanofiber with high heat conductivity. Therefore, the thermal storage material has high heat conductivity, can be used even under high temperature, and can store heat efficiently.
