PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device of an oxygen concentration sensor for limiting a correction amount in which an estimated temperature of the oxygen concentration sensor is corrected erroneously.SOLUTION: A temperature control device estimates a sensor temperature of an oxygen concentration sensor on the basis of engine speed, an engine load, an electric conduction amount of the oxygen concentration sensor to a heater and the like (S400), and determines whether or not the oxygen concentration sensor 10 shows an active reaction or shows an inert reaction, based on an output signal level of the oxygen concentration sensor (S402, S408). When the oxygen concentration sensor shows the active reaction (S402: Yes), and an estimated temperature is lower than an active temperature (S404: Yes), correction processing is performed in which the estimated temperature is increased by limiting within a range of a predetermined correction amount (S406). When the oxygen concentration sensor 10 shows an inert reaction (S408: Yes), and the estimated temperature is higher than an inert temperature (S410: Yes), correction processing is performed in which the estimated temperature is decreased by limiting within the range of the predetermined correction amount (S412). |
