<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk management apparatus capable of managing risk for an extended period of time.SOLUTION: An electrolyte pouring unit 16 functions as a storage unit 34 which stores electrolyte 14 and is at least partially destroyed upon occurrence of a predefined event. The storage unit 34 comprises a storage unit body 36 and a portion 38 to be destroyed which is provided on the storage unit body 36 and is destroyed by energy that acts thereon, the portion 38 to be destroyed having a thermally destroyable part 46 which is made of a low melting point material having a melting point lower than those of other parts and which destroys at least a part of the portion 38 to be destroyed by melting before other parts upon occurrence of the predefined event. The thermally destroyable part 46 is a meltable part which traps the electrolyte 14 inside the storage unit 34 and melts upon occurrence of the predefined event to allow the electrolyte 14 to leak out from the storage unit 34.</p> |
