PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste having Ag metal oxide as an additive and a solar cell having high resistance sheet resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a conductive paste containing a. Ag particle of at least 70 wt.% based on the paste, b. an organic vehicle, c. Ag metal oxide containing Ag, metal or semiconductor element M other than Ag, and oxygen as a paste component. There is provided the conductive paste having the general formula AgxMyOz, where M is metal or semiconductor element, M is not Ag, x is an integer of 1 to 3, y is an integer of 1 to 2, z is an integer of 3 to 6, M is selected from Mo, Mn, W, Cr, Nb, V, Te, Zn, Sb or at least two of them. |
