PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back bar structure of a vehicle which enables exhibiting a reactive force continuously from an early stage at the time of load input when a vehicle rolls over, and enables transmission of the load quickly to a floor panel. ! SOLUTION: There are provided a crossbar 20 which is arranged on a seat back part side and extends in car width direction by connecting left and right side panels together on an upper side of a floor panel 2, a leg part 30 which connects a lower part of the crossbar 20 and the floor panel 2, and a guard bar 40 fixed at the upper part of the crossbar 20. The crossbar 20, the leg part 30, and the guard bar 40 are made from aluminum or aluminum alloy. The leg 30 is fixed to the lower part of the crossbar 20 at a position where a car width direction end part of the guard bar 40 is fixed to the crossbar 20 and at the same position in car width direction.
