PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm rest of which workability of assembling arm rest frame can be improved and occurrence of a product failure can be prevented. ! SOLUTION: An arm rest includes a frame-like arm rest frame 2, an arm rest pad supported on the arm rest frame 2, and a skin material which covers the arm rest frame 2 and the arm rest pad. A sheet-like member 15 for supporting an arm of a user are crossed over a pair of frame parts 2L, 2R of the arm rest frame 2 which face each other and is bonded thereto. An adhesive layer is previously provided on a contact surface side of the frame parts 2L, 2R of the sheet-like member 15, and the sheet-like member 15 is pressed and bonded to the frame parts 2L, 2R. !
