PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive device for correctly informing a rotation direction and rotation speed of each of drums 11 and 21 during a free fall.SOLUTION: By determining a state in which a free fall is possible based on clutch release pressure values detected by clutch release pressure sensors 176 and 177, the rotation direction of drums 11 and 21 is determined as the winding-down direction. This allows rotation speed detection, and the rotation directions of the drums 11 and 21 are correctly informed by providing one rotation sensor that cannot detect the rotation direction in each of the drums 11 and 21. |
