PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel achieving various functions.SOLUTION: The display panel comprises: a driver section generating a first pixel packet including digital luminance data; a plurality of unit pixels which are sequentially connected, each of which performs display operation based on the digital luminance data of the first pixel packet, at least one of which performs detection operation of a physical quantity in its own pixel, and which generates a second pixel packet including digital detection data obtained by the detection operation to output it to the next stage; and a receiver section receiving the second pixel packet.
