SOLUTION: When constructing a structure by filling and hardening fresh concrete in a space between an object and a mold 2 placed below the object at a prescribed distance, the filled situation of fresh concrete is detected by a filling detection sensor 7 for fresh concrete based on the measurement numerical value data on the pressure and temperature on the surface of the object.
