PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for construction of a wall surface, which enables the wall surface to be constructed by easily placing lightweight and thin beam concrete. ! SOLUTION: A form for construction of a wall surface, which includes a rectangular form panel and a support member provided in the state of protruding on a back surface of the form panel, is characterized as follows: upper and lower parts of the support member have connection parts capable of being connected to each other when the forms are stacked; and the upper connection part is positioned almost as high as an upper end of the form panel. !
