摘要 Machine (1) for obtaining cells for electric storage batteries, comprising an apparatus (3) for feeding two continuous strips (4) of dielectric material, provided with coupling means (8) for coupling the two strips (4) in their extension; a first and a second apparatus (5′, 5″) for distributing first electrodes (10) of the same polarity and a third apparatus (11) for distributing second electrodes (12) with opposite polarity with respect to the first electrodes (10). The machine comprises a folding head (6) provided with a stacking surface (7) adapted to receive the two strips (4) from the feeding apparatus (3). The third distribution apparatus (11) is adapted to transfer the second electrodes (12) to the coupling means (8), between the two strips (4), spaced from each other along the extension of the strips (4). The feeding apparatus (3) is adapted to release, to the folding head (6), the pair (13) of strips (4) with the second electrodes (12) interposed. The folding head (6) is adapted to receive, from the feeding apparatus (3), a composite layer (14) formed by a section of the pair (13) of strips (4) with a second electrode (12) interposed, with each passage between a first position (A) and a second position (B), translated with respect to the first position (A), forming a fold (45) from two successive composite layers (14); such folding head (6) is adapted to receive, on the layer (14), a first electrode (10) from the first distribution apparatus (5′) when it is in the first position (A) and a first electrode (10) from the second distribution apparatus (5″) when it is in the second position (B), in order to form, on the stacking surface (7), a stack of composite layers (14), alternated with the first electrodes (10). A process for obtaining cells for electric storage batteries and a cell for electric storage batteries also forms the object of the present invention.

Machine for obtaining cells for electric storage batteries, which comprises: a support structure (2) set on the ground; an apparatus (3) for feeding at least one continuous strip (4) of dielectric material, mounted on said support structure (2); a first and a second apparatus (5′, 5″) for distributing electrodes mounted on said support structure (2); a folding head (6) mounted on said support structure (2) and provided with a stacking surface (7) susceptible to receive said at least one continuous strip (4) of dielectric material from said feeding apparatus (3), and such folding head (6) is movable between a first position (A) and a second position (B) translated with respect to said first position (A) along a direction (X) orthogonal to the lying surface (π) of said at least one continuous strip (4) of dielectric material released from said feeding apparatus (3) in order to obtain a plurality of layers with said electrodes interposed; characterized in that: said feeding apparatus (3) is adapted to release, on said folding head (6), two continuous strips (4) of dielectric material and comprises coupling means (8) for coupling said two continuous strips (4) in their extension with respective opposite internal faces (9); said first distribution apparatus (5′) and said second distribution apparatus (5″) are adapted to distribute first electrodes (10) having the same polarity; said machine (1) comprising at least one third apparatus (11) for distributing second electrodes (12) having opposite polarity with respect to the polarity of said first electrodes (10), such third distribution apparatus (11) adapted to transfer said second electrodes (12) to said coupling means (8) of said feeding apparatus (3), between the internal faces (9) of said two continuous strips (4) of dielectric material, spaced from each other, said feeding apparatus (3) being adapted to release towards said folding head (6) said pair (13) of continuous strips (4) with said second electrodes (12) interposed that are spaced from each other along the preferred extension direction (Z) of said two continuous strips (4), said folding head (6), with each passage between said first position (A) and said second position (B), being adapted to receive from said feeding apparatus (3) a composite layer (14) formed by a section of said pair (13) of continuous strips (4) containing one of said second electrodes (12) and being susceptible to form a fold (45) between two successive layers of said composite layers (14), and said folding head (6) being adapted to receive on said composite layer (14) one of said first electrodes (10) from said first distribution apparatus (5′) when it is situated in said first position (A) and one of said first electrodes (10) from said second distribution apparatus (5″) when it is situated in said second position (B) in order to form, on said stacking surface (7), a stack composed of said composite layers (14) alternated with said first electrodes (10).
