<p>The present invention provides a message transmission method for an application providing a messenger service, the message transmission method comprising the steps of: outputting an execution screen of the application on the display unit of a mobile terminal in which the application is installed; receiving the setting of a message output maintenance time period on an external terminal on the basis of a touch applied to an output time setting image included in the execution screen; receiving the contents of a message which is to be output by the external terminal during the set output maintenance time period; and transmitting, on the basis of a message transmission request, the received contents of the message and time information related to the set output holding time period to a preset external server through a wireless communication unit of the mobile terminal so as to allow the message, for which the output maintenance time period has been set, to be transmitted to the external terminal. Also, the message transmission method for an application providing a messenger service according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: running the application in a mobile terminal; displaying a group message window capable of transmitting a message to multiple counterparts when the application is run; receiving one of a first request and a second request related to message transmission, in a state in which the group message window is displayed; and transmitting a message to some of the multiple counterparts in response to the one request, wherein the first request is a request for transmitting a message to all of the multiple counterparts included in the group message window, and the second request is a request for transmitting a message to some of the multiple counterparts included in the group message window.</p> |
