The present invention relates to a method for activating a cytochrome P450 using eosin Y. The present invention provides a method for activating a cytochrome P450, which uses photosensitive action of eosin Y within the cytoplasm to directly transfer electrons to the heme domain of the cytochrome P450, thereby simplifying the reaction for a cytochrome P450 and improving the economical industrial use of a cytochrome P450.
