A shock absorber according to the present invention comprises a cylinder filled with a fluid; a piston valve distinguishing a tensile chamber and a compression chamber in the cylinder; and a piston rod extended to the outside of the cylinder, while connected to the piston valve, wherein the piston rod divides the compression chamber into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, while being penetrated, and includes a free piston forming a vertical flow path for the upper chamber and the lower chamber to be connected, and a support combined with the piston rod with a larger diameter, and locally contacting to increase the free piston from a lower part during tensile stroke of the piston rod, to increase pressure of the upper chamber and form a horizontal flow path connected to the vertical flow path at the same time. |
