摘要 The present invention provides a power generation device using buoyancy, comprising: a main body having a central shaft arranged at a center and having an eccentric shaft arranged at a position eccentric from the central shaft to be installed to be able to rotate on an axis while being submerged in water at an installation place; a plurality of buoyancy rotating parts radially connected and installed on the main body with respect to the eccentric shaft to selectively discharge air from cylinder bodies as the positions of the top dead center and the bottom dead center of pistons in the cylinder bodies are changed by the eccentricity of the eccentric shaft, or rotate the main body around the central shaft as buoyancy changes while air is introduced into the cylinder bodies; and a power generation part installed to be connected to the central shaft of the man body and receiving the torque of the main body which rotates by the buoyancy rotating parts to produce electricity. The positions of the top dead center and the bottom dead center of the buoyancy rotating parts are changed by the eccentricity of the eccentric shaft as the buoyancy rotating parts are radially connected and installed on the eccentric shaft of the main body. The main body rotates around the central shaft as operations are conducted continuously such that buoyancy is reduced by discharging air from the cylinder bodies of the buoyancy rotating parts or buoyancy is increased by supplying air into the cylinder bodies. Electricity can be produced efficiently without environmental pollution and load change as the power generation part receives the torque of the main body and produces electricity if the main body rotates.
