PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous determination that a construction is normally completed, in confirming the connection.SOLUTION: A pipe joint 1 includes: a joint body 2 having an inner hole 21 into which a flexible pipe is inserted from one end; a first seal member 5 for sealing the flexible pipe and the joint body 2 in the inner hole 21; an elastic mechanism portion 4 disposed in the inner hole 21, kept in a compressed state, and making the first seal member 5 slide in a direction opposite to an inserting direction of the flexible pipe by being released from the compressed state and expanded when the flexible pipe is inserted and abutted on a depth; and a retainer 6 disposed in adjacent to the first seal member 5, and engaged with the flexible pipe by receiving a pressing force by sliding of the first seal member 5 to retain the flexible pipe. The first seal member 5 is kept in a state of being connected to the joint body 2 by engaged with the elastic mechanism portion 4, when the elastic mechanism portion 4 is in the compressed state. |
