PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shifter which can increase functions while suppressing the number of components.SOLUTION: A shifter 11 is a so-called stationary type and has a pressing member 37 that moves between a first position P1 and a second position P2 by interlock with a motor 31. The peripheral surface of a dial knob 14 is provided with a receiving member 38. The receiving member 38 is present on a movement track of the pressing member 37 when the dial knob 14 is retained at a position other than P position to convert movement of the pressing member 37 directing to the second position P2 through engagement with the member into rotation directing to the P position of the dial knob 14. For example, when the engine stops, the pressing member 37 is moved from the first position P1 to the second position P2. When the engine starts, the pressing member 37 is returned from the second position P2 to the first position P1 under a condition that a brake switch is turned on. |
