PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nitride semiconductor light-emitting device capable of interrupting the supply of drive current to a nitride semiconductor light-emitting element when the nitride semiconductor light-emitting element is exposed to the exterior.SOLUTION: The nitride semiconductor light-emitting device includes: a base 4; a nitride semiconductor light-emitting element 6 on the base 4; a transparent insulation plate 1 on the nitride semiconductor light-emitting element 6; a first electrode 3 and a second electrode 5 on the base 4; and a transparent conductive film 2 provided on the surface on the nitride semiconductor light-emitting element 6 side of the transparent insulation plate 1. The nitride semiconductor light-emitting element 6 has a first electrical connection part 61 and a second electrical connection part 62. The first electrode 3 is electrically connected to the first electrical connection part 61 through the transparent conductive film 2, and the second electrode 5 is electrically connected to the second electrical connection part 62. |
