Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of communications, and provide a method, a base station and a communication network for switching among Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) identifiers, and the base station can control user equipment to switch among PLMN identifiers. The method for switching among the PLMN identifiers comprises: the base station obtains a first PLMN identifier list, the first PLMN identifier list is configured by the base station, for indicating the switchable PLMN identifiers corresponding to each first identifier supported currently by the base station, and the first identifier consists of one or more of a base station identifier, an operator identifier and a cell identifier; according to the first PLMN identifier list, the base station controls the user equipment to switch among the PLMN identifiers, and the switching among the PLMN identifiers comprises the network switching and the network redirection. The method, the base station and the communication network provided by the embodiments of the present invention are used for switching among public land mobile networks. |
