<p>Disclosed is automatic welding manufacture equipment for electronic elements, comprising a spot-welding connection-detecting device (1), a dispensing device (3) and an automation system, wherein the spot-welding connection-detecting device (1) comprises two welding head clamps (201, 202) arranged in parallel, and a spot-welding machine head (101), a spot-welding power supply, a detection circuit and two parallel-electrode welding heads with wire cutters which are connected to the welding head clamps. The welding head clamps (201, 202) are driven by the spot-welding machine head (101) equipped with a Z-axis power device to perform welding and wire cutting on an electronic element by means of the two parallel-electrode welding heads, and after the welding is complete, the detection circuit detects the welding quality of the electronic element, and the dispensing device performs dispensing on the electronic element, so as to implement the four steps of welding, cutting off of wire, connection detection and dispensing on an X-axis servo motor sliding table, effectively improving the operating efficiency and product quality.</p> |
