PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electroacoustic transducer in which a vibration body including a pair of curved vibration surfaces and a converter such as a voice coil motor are firmly connected without damaging the shape of the vibration body.SOLUTION: An electroacoustic transducer comprises: a vibration body 1 in which a pair of longitudinally-divided tubular surfaces 5 are formed in parallel, and a trough 6 is formed between respective side parts of the adjacent longitudinally-divided tubular surfaces 5; and an actuator 2 which reciprocatingly drives the vibration body 1 in a depth direction of the trough 6. The trough 6 of the vibration body 1 is formed through a junction part where the longitudinally-divided tubular surfaces 5 are connected to each other. A band-like part 13 is arranged at the bottom of the trough 6 along an extension direction of the trough 6 in which a width direction thereof is a depth direction of the trough 6. The actuator 2 is connected to a halfway position in the length direction of the band-like part 13. A connection part between the actuator and the band-like part is formed extending in the width direction of the band-like part 13.
