PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service information to a user of facilities by using only information relevant to consumption of the resources.SOLUTION: The life-related service proposal system includes: an acquisition section 11; a monitoring section 12; and a proposal section 13. The acquisition section 11 acquires the consumption amount per a unit time of resources consumed by a specific facility 31 disposed in a building 30 from a measurement unit 32. The monitoring section 12 detects whether a specific behavior which is associated to the use of the facility 31 is made in a management period as a piece of behavior information based on the consumption amount acquired by the acquisition section 11 in a predetermined management period. When the behavior information represents that the specific behavior is not made in the management period, the proposal section 13 proposes a piece of service information relevant to the specific behavior on a presentation apparatus 20.
