PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new active energy ray-polymerizable composition and an active energy ray-polymerizable resin composition, a laminate using these compositions, which is excellent in punching processability and durability against heat or moisture compared to the prior arts, and particularly, an adhesive, a laminate and a laminate for an optical element, in which an appearance failure less likely occurs even when a thin film substrate is laminated. !
