PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of suppressing damage on a belt member.SOLUTION: An image formation device includes: an image formation unit which supports an image holder where a toner image is formed; a connection member in which a transfer unit that supports a transfer member for transferring the toner image to a recording medium and is removably housed in the image formation unit has a swelling part at a tip end part formed on the side of the transfer unit to be housed in the image formation unit; and a protrusion part in which an engagement hole which is engaged in a state in which a swelling part of the connection member of the image formation unit is inserted for contacting is connected for mutual positioning, and movement is limited along a direction across an advancing direction of the connection member in a region to be the image holding body side, inside the engagement hole where the connection member advances. |
