PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability by dispensing with a contact medium, shorten inspection time and improve inspection efficiency when inspecting adhesion of a pipe-expanded part fixed to a pipe plate by using an ultrasonic wave.SOLUTION: A pipe-expanded part inspection device includes: a disk-shaped probe holding jig 12 which is positioned and fixed on an opening end of a pipe-expanded part 102a; a roller-type ultrasonic probe 28 which is arranged in the axial direction of the pipe-expanded part 102a inside the pipe-expanded part 102a and whose outer peripheral part consists of an elastic body 32; an electric motor 18 which is provided in the probe holding jig 12; and an arm 22 which is connected to an output shaft 18a of the electric motor 18 and the roller-type ultrasonic probe 28, and moves the roller-type ultrasonic probe 28 in a peripheral direction of the pipe-expanded part 102a while bringing the roller-type ultrasonic probe 28 into pressure contact with the inner surface of the pipe-expanded part 102a with rotation of the output shaft 18a of the electric motor 18. |
