PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating water utilization system which can reduce energy and cost necessary to purify circulating water in a purifier, when a novel circulating water utilization system is investigated. ! SOLUTION: A circulating water utilization system 1 built for a specific region includes: a circulation passage 2 through which circulating water flows; a discharge passage 4 discharging discharge water discharged from a water demand body 3 to the circulation passage; a purifier 8 purifying the circulating water containing the discharge water flowing through the circulation passage through several water quality levels progressively; and a feeding device 6 feeding the circulating water of a water quality level selected by respective small water demand bodies 3a and 3b from the several water quality levels to respective small water demand bodies 3a and 3b. !
