PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full wave rectifier circuit in which any failure does not occur even if a voltage that instantaneously inverts a phase of an input AC voltage is applied. ! SOLUTION: A full wave rectifier circuit 1 includes: first and second switching elements 11-1 and 11-2 for supplying power when a potential of a first terminal of an AC power source 2 is higher than a potential of a second terminal; third and fourth switching elements 11-3 and 11-4 for supplying power when the potential of the second terminal is higher than the potential of the first terminal; and two control circuits 13-1 and 13-2 for turning off each of the switching elements when a voltage between the first terminal and the second terminal is low.
