PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a motorcycle, which comprises a joint member constituted of a taper-shaped forging, does not require swaging processing, avoids stress concentration by tilting a weld jointing face between a down tube and the joint member and secures balance between strength and rigidity. ! SOLUTION: The frame structure of a motorcycle comprises: a head pipe 12; a pair of left and right main frames 13; a pair of left and right frame legs 16; one down tube 17; one joint member 18; a pair of left and right lower tubes 19. The joint member 18 connecting the down tubes 17 to the lower tubes 19 is constituted of a forging 47, and a weld jointing face between the down tubes 17 and the joint member 18 is constituted in an inclined shape where the face rises rearward and upward on the midway from the front lower end toward the rear face of the down tube 17 while leaving a required planar part, in a side view of a vehicle body. !
