Provided is a computer which executes Virtual Machines (VMs) on two levels, comprising: a host VM monitor which runs on a physical processor and generates a logical processor for running a first level VM; and a guest VM monitor which runs on the logical processor and generates a plurality of virtual processors for respectively running a plurality of second level VMs which are generated on the first level VM. The host VM monitor is provided with management information which links second level VM identifiers which specify the second level VMs with control information which is unique to each of the second level VMs and which may be acquired by the host VM monitor during the interval from the commencement to the completion of the execution of the second level VMs. In the management information, the second level VMs are specified on the basis of the second level VM identifiers which correspond to the acquired control information of the second level VMs, and information relating to the loads of the corresponding second level VMs is acquired. |
