The present invention relates to a security seal (1) for a medical container, in particular a sterilization container, having a seal foot (2) with at least one latch structure (10, 11) which is elastically deformable relative to said seal foot and designed to engage in a mating latch structure formed on the container, and having a seal head (4) which is connected to the seal foot (2) and which has at least one locking tab (5, 6) which is connected movably by a hinge element (7, 8) to the seal head (4), wherein the security seal (1) has a bolt element (3) which is received on the seal foot (2) and/or seal head (4) in such a way as to be positionable between a release position, in which the deformable latch structure (10, 11) is movable relative to the seal foot (2), and a locked position, in which the deformable latch structure (10, 11) is locked relative to the seal foot (2). |
