In the present invention, an expanded housing (2) comprising an outer tubular section (2a), a center-top tubular section (2b), an annular ceiling section (2c), and a center-bottom tubular section (2d) is a plastic, integrally molded product. Vertical plate rib sections (2h) for increasing strength are similarly integrally molded between the outer tubular section (2a) and the center-top tubular section (2b). The upward inner pathway region (B) of housed contents is set to the center-top tubular section (2b). In the housing cover (28) provided in a shape encircling the bottom of the expanded housing (2), an outer pathway region (A) is formed continuing from the top-end inner space region of an inner sac-shaped vessel (1g) to a downward inner pathway region (B) in the space with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the expanded housing (2). Also, a mortar-shaped piece (28k) enters each top inner space region set between adjacent vertical plate rib sections (2h) and acts as the entrance section of the outer pathway region (A), and thus residual air between vertical plate rib sections is reliably discharged. |
