The thermal reaction essence is prepared from cooking oil 1#, cooking oil 2#, beef hydrolysis liquid, glucose, D- xylose, glycin, DL- alanine, L- cysteine, VB1, monosodium glutamate and salt. The cooking oil 1# is prepared from salad oil, shallot, ginger and garlic. The cooking oil 2# is prepared from salad oil, anise and pepper. The beef hydrolysis liquid is prepared from beef, sterile water, papain, and 5'-phosphodiesterase. The thermal reaction essence possesses the flavour of braised beef. |
