The cooking oil 1# is prepared from salad oil, shallot, ginger and garlic. The cooking oil 2# is prepared from salad oil, anise and pepper. The beef hydrolysis liquid is prepared from beef, sterile water, papain, and 5'-phosphodiesterase. The thermal reaction essence possesses the flavour of braised beef. |
