<p>The present invention relates to a binder composition, and more specifically, to a binder composition capable of minimizing the amount of ordinary Portland cement type 1, which is the most widely used in construction work, and solving a volume contraction problem, which is a shortcoming of conventional cement. The binder composition of the present invention comprises: 2.5-42.5 parts by weight of ordinary Portland cement type 1 having a specific surface area of 3,000 cm2/g or more; and 20-1,000 parts by weight of incineration ash having a specific surface area of 2,000 cm2/g or more and containing 30% or more of calcium oxide and 5% or more of sulfate oxide, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of a blast furnace slag micropowder having a specific surface area of 3,500 cm2/g or more.</p> |
