PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly use a component between a pressure buffer device having a position dependence function and a pressure buffer device having no position dependence function. ! SOLUTION: A hydraulic pressure buffer device 1 comprises: a cylinder 11 for storing liquid; a piston part which is movably arranged in the cylinder 11 in an axial direction, and partitions the liquid stored in the cylinder 11; a rod 21 which continues to the piston part, and moves in an axial direction of the cylinder; a rebound sheet which is protruded in a radial direction of the rod 21, and is arranged at the rod 21; a rod guide 14 which guides the movement of the rod 21 in the axial direction; a rod guide case 15 supporting the rod guide 14; and a control part 16 which is constituted different from the rod guide case 15, has a cylinder part 162 into which the rebound sheet intrudes, and limits the movement of the rod 21 in the axial direction by a rise of the pressure of the liquid in the cylinder part 162 while |
