PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and effective technique for isolating and/or recovering a thiol compound from a thiol compound-containing mixture such as drink/food products and natural products. ! SOLUTION: Provided is a method of isolating and/or recovering a thiol compound from a thiol compound-containing mixture such as drink/food products and natural products by treatment of a thiol compound with a polymer-supported thiosulfate compound to give a polymer-supported disulfide compound and then by reductive-treatment of the polymer-supported disulfide compound. !
