Disclosed are a method for keeping call continuity, a user data server and a mobile exchange center device. The method comprises: receiving the route request message sent by the mobile exchange center device, wherein the route request message carries a user identification of user equipment (UE); obtaining, according to the user identification, a switching route number associated with the user identification; transmitting a route response message carrying the switching route number to the mobile exchange center device, wherein the switching route number is used for the mobile exchange center device to route a CS call of UE to ATCF. With the method for keeping call continuity, a user data server and a mobile exchange center device in the embodiments of the present invention, handover delay can be reduced and user experience can be enhanced. |
