Embodiments of the present invention provide a data storage method and apparatus and a storage device. The method comprises: receiving a file processing request, dividing the file processing request into multiple file operations, and performing file processing on each file operation respectively to generate multiple pieces of file operation information; writing all the multiple pieces of file operation information into a buffer protection area; when a first controller encounters a failure and is powered up again, recovering the multiple pieces of file operation information from the buffer protection area; and obtaining data information according to the multiple pieces of file operation information, and writing the data information into a first write buffer for a host to access the data information. Efficiency of accessing data by a host can be enhanced.
