Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for analyzing genetic data of a subject, the method comprising the steps of: generating, from genetic data, a plurality of bootstrap data sets having binomial dependent variables for a specific dependent; determining a first bootstrap data set based on the distribution of the binomial dependent variables; using sequential null distributions generated by the sequences for the first bootstrap data set to verify significance levels for each of the bootstrap data sets and calculate experiential statistical power for the bootstrap data sets.
