<p>According to the present invention, a relay fusion detecting device prevents an accident beforehand and protects passengers by detecting the fusion of a high speed charge relay in a state in which an external high speed charger is not connected and warning the same. Disclosed is the relay fusion detecting device comprising; a main battery system which includes a main battery of a vehicle, a main relay which controls the power of the main battery, and a first capacitor connected to the main battery; a high speed charge system which is electrically connected to the main battery system and comprises a high speed charge relay and a second capacitor; and a control unit which detects a change of the main battery system and the high speed charge system, and determines whether a relay is fused or not.</p> |
