The present invention relates to a fermented composition comprising bamboo salt and rhynchosia nulubilis and a manufacturing method thereof and usage of the same for a fatigue recovery and a hangover relief and more specifically relates to a fermented composition comprising bamboo salt and rhynchosia nulubilis manufactured by mixing bamboo salt, salicis radicis cortex, ground garlic and a sulfur fed duck with first fermented rhynchosia nulubilis and fermenting the mixture, which yields the fermented composition with an excellent sensory preference and nutrition and good effects on anti oxidation, DNA damage protection, fatigue recovery and hang over relief, so that the fermented composition can be used for fatigue recovery and hang over relief drug and health foods.
